Job summary

Elmer's Home Services is seeking a Comfort Advisor/Sales Representative in Grapevine, TX to analyze customer needs, design HVAC system proposals, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

You will diagnose system issues, recommend repairs or replacements, and promote maintenance programs while traveling to customer locations daily.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience required (3–5 years)
• Sales experience in a customer-facing role is required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with HVAC solutions and home comfort options
• Consult with customers to design customized HVAC systems and maintenance plans
• Lead the sales process from proposal to close and follow up for satisfaction
• Follow up on bids and leads to maximize conversions
• Travel to homes and businesses daily; some evenings/weekends required
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and advise on repairs or replacements
