Job summary

Sailor's Air & Plumbing is seeking an HVAC Comfort Advisor in Texas to help homeowners select the right heating and cooling solutions. You will blend HVAC knowledge with a consultative sales approach to educate customers, present options, and close deals that enhance comfort and value.

You will conduct in-home consultations, build transparent quotes, and educate customers on performance and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent not required but an HVAC certification or degree is preferred.
• Experience in outside or in-home sales is highly valued.
• Ability to explain complex HVAC concepts clearly to homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess comfort needs and budgets.
• Build accurate quotes and proposals using company tools.
• Educate customers on system performance and long-term value.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to branch revenue.
• Follow up with leads and past customers to generate referrals.
• Collaborate with install and service teams for smooth handoffs.
• Maintain CRM records and required documentation.
