The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of installing HVAC systems, read schematics, and communicate clearly with clients. The role emphasizes safety, on-site teamwork, and guiding junior installers in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years installing HVAC systems.
• High School Diploma and valid driver's license required.
• Residential and light commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings, schematics, and cut sheets.
• Brazing, threading pipe, soldering, welding as needed.
• Explain the system to clients after installation and ensure satisfaction.
