DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a Local Experienced HVAC Comfort Consultant to present solutions, pricing, and financing options to homeowners and businesses—and close sales through our established process.

This role supports the installation team by gathering accurate job details, engineering requirements, and communicating them clearly to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale through install.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer-facing roles.
• Understanding of HVAC concepts and duct sizing a plus.
• Ability to explain pricing and financing options clearly to customers.

Responsabilités

• Follow the company sales process to maximize performance and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Perform timely follow-up calls to move opportunities forward.
• Provide proposals with pricing and solution details.
• Educate customers on HVAC replacement options and available services.
• Document job details and upload installation reports in the system.
