You will conduct on-site assessments, present equipment benefits, prepare proposals, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth handovers and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably residential.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for homeowners.
• Persuasive presentation skills for homeowners.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on satisfaction.
• Self-motivated and proactive with results.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Engage residential customers in person, over the phone, and via email to assess HVAC needs and offer solutions.
• Conduct on-site assessments, identify issues, and provide cost estimates.
• Present features and benefits of HVAC products; address concerns and objections.
• Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and sales agreements.
• Collaborate with installation team for smooth handover and satisfaction.
• Develop relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to inform recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
• Participate in sales meetings and training; support marketing campaigns.
