DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking an Experienced HVAC Comfort Consultant to present solutions and pricing to homeowners and businesses, close sales, and coordinate with installation teams. A strong emphasis on following the sales process and communicating with customers is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to calculate building loads and duct sizing.
• Understanding of marketing and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Attend sales calls at scheduled times and locations.
• Follow the company sales process to maximize performance.
• Perform follow-up calls promptly and regularly.
• Coordinate emergency sales calls the same day.
• Communicate with customers and collect deposits and payments.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Complete all sales-related forms and reports.
• Explain financing options and assist with financing paperwork.
• Provide product proposals and rebate information to customers.
• Coordinate with production on installation scheduling.
