DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking an HVAC Comfort Consultant to present solutions, pricing, and financing options to homeowners and businesses, and to close sales through an established process. This role supports the installation team by gathering accurate job details and communicating them clearly to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale through install.

Responsibilities include following the sales process, performing timely follow-ups, educating customers on replacement

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in sales and strong communication.
• Ability to calculate building loads and duct sizing.
• Understanding of marketing and lead generation.
• Professional appearance and customer-facing demeanor.
• Experience creating proposals and completing sales forms.
• Experience documenting job details in ServiceTitan.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication with customers, technicians, managers, and schedulers.

Responsibilities

• Follow the company sales process to maximize performance.
• Perform timely follow-up calls to move opportunities forward.
• Schedule and provide information on emergency sales calls.
• Educate customers on HVAC replacement options and add-on services.
• Collect deposits and oversee installations documentation.
• Provide proposals with pricing and solutions.
• Share rebate, tax credit, and incentive information.
• Coordinate installation times with production manager.
• Capture job photos and document details in ServiceTitan.
• Ensure smooth customer experience from sale to install.
