Air Experts, serving the Chicagoland area, seeks a top-performing Comfort Advisor to grow residential sales. You will handle service generated leads and marketed sales leads, focusing on closing new clients and expanding current customer relationships.

The role offers a 100% commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential, plus training, vehicle, phone, laptop, and comprehensive benefits to support growth and success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Sales experience. In home sales preferred.
• Comfortable with prospecting and networking.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated to work as team member for an industry leader.
• Experience selling with a commission based income.
• Able to operate Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Smart phone, etc..

Responsibilities

• Manage company-generated sales leads for existing customers and prospecting new clients.
• Close sales deals with customers in the Chicagoland area.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to maximize opportunities.
