Job summary

Aire Serv is seeking a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor to drive market expansion with uncapped commissions and a strong base draw. You’ll work with leadership, homeowners, and installers to deliver tailored, high-efficiency comfort solutions.

You’ll leverage Service Titan on iPads with Conduit LiDAR sizing tools, engage in local networking, and mentor junior reps as the team grows. Expect a pathway to six figures through hustle and client focus.

Qualifications

• Required: 2–3+ years of residential HVAC or in-home sales experience.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured, in-home consultative sales presentations to residential clients, assessing their heating and cooling needs.
• Perform precise heat loss/gain calculations and equipment sizing using iPad tools (Conduit LiDAR).
• Drive local outreach and brand presence through community networking and self-generated prospecting alongside company leads.
• Lead daily huddles and maintain close communication with installers and service technicians for smooth handoffs.
• Demonstrate pipeline discipline by following up on open proposals and closing opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, biweekly sales coaching, and portal training programs.
