SWAN Denver seeks a motivated Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners in selecting HVAC solutions focused on comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency. You will leverage our training, support, and proven sales process to close sales with confidence.

This 100% commission-based role offers substantial six-figure earning potential with no cap. You will work with qualified leads across residential settings, attend training, and maintain documentation and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of successful sales experience (HVAC experience required).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC needs and discuss solutions.
• Present HVAC Solutions: Explain products and services to help customers decide.
• Prepare Estimates: Develop pricing estimates based on requirements and guidelines.
• Close Sales: Convert consultations into sales and meet targets.
• Follow-Up: Maintain customer communication for satisfaction and support.
• Leverage Leads: Use company leads and self-generated prospects.
• Attend Training: Participate in ongoing product and sales training.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of activities and schedules.
