Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including no-heat and no-AC calls.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately.
• Perform repairs, diagnostics, and seasonal maintenance services.
• Clearly explain system issues, repair recommendations, and replacement options to customers.
• Provide honest, professional recommendations focused on customer benefit.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long‑term relationships.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional condition.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay current with HVAC technology and best practices.
• Represent Air Dynamics with professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and excellence.
