One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® of Delaware & Marysville is seeking a Comfort Advisor to run in-home sales appointments for furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and IAQ systems across Delaware, Union and northern Franklin counties.

Have you sold $2.5 million or more in HVAC equipment in a year? Then you already know what you are worth. We are adding a Comfort Advisor to close at the kitchen table with clear Good/Better/Best options and financing.

Qualifications

• A track record of $2.5M+ in annual residential HVAC sales (or a clear, proven path to it).
• 3+ years of in-home HVAC sales experience.
• Strong closing skills, with honesty first. We tell customers what they do not need.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, in-home appointments generated by our techs, our marketing and our door-to-door team.
• Inspect the system, listen to the homeowner and design the right comfort solution.
• Present clear Good/Better/Best options and financing, and close at the kitchen table.
• Sell memberships so every customer stays with us.
• Follow up on open estimates and hand off sold jobs cleanly to our install team.
• Track your numbers in ServiceTitan.
