One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® of Delaware & Marysville is seeking a Comfort Advisor to run in-home sales appointments across Delaware, Union and northern Franklin counties, selling furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and IAQ systems.

The role requires a proven path to $2.5M+ annual residential HVAC sales, 3+ years in-home HVAC sales, and strong closing with honesty. Leads are provided; training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of in-home HVAC sales experience.
• Track record of $2.5M+ in annual residential HVAC sales or a proven path to it.
• Strong closing skills with honesty.

• Run pre-set in-home appointments generated by our team.
• Inspect the system and design the right comfort solution.
• Present Good/Better/Best options and financing, and close at the kitchen table.
• Sell memberships to keep customers with us.
• Follow up on open estimates and hand off sold jobs to install team.
• Track numbers in ServiceTitan.
