Job summary

This consultative, relationship-focused sales role emphasizes understanding customer needs and presenting tailored options with pricing and financing. You'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners for in-home consultations, evaluate systems, present replacements, close sales, and coordinate with installation and service teams.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience
• In-home sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional, customer-first approach
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Basic computer skills; ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• HVAC knowledge is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for in-home consultations
• Evaluate HVAC systems and identify comfort needs
• Present replacement options, pricing, and financing
• Build trust and recommend the best solution for each customer
• Close sales and achieve performance goals
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Coordinate with installation and service teams
