Qualifications

• 5+ years verifiable experience in HVAC residential sales.
• Ability to achieve at least $3 million per year in sales.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of profitability.
• IT competent with Microsoft Office and sales apps.
• Highly organized with follow-through abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good presentation and public-speaking skills.
• Familiar with local codes and product lines.
• Outgoing, fast-paced and goal-driven.
• Highly motivated and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer needs and determine best equipment to meet goals.
• Establish rapport to sell products and services.
• Develop client relationships, negotiate and close deals.
• Create accurate sales proposals for installation team.
• Provide pricing and product information to build buyer confidence.
• Excite customers about Landry and encourage referrals.
• Know the local market and customer needs.
• Help set aggressive sales plans and expansions.
