Vailes Brothers is looking for an experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor to help homeowners throughout Waynesboro, Staunton, Augusta County, and surrounding communities find the right heating and cooling solutions for their homes.

This is a consultative sales position for someone who can listen to customers, understand their needs, and confidently recommend solutions. You'll combine your sales abilities with HVAC and home services knowledge to guide homeowners through important comfort and equipment decisions.

With an uncapped commission structure, your earning potential grows with your performance. Successful Comfort Advisors can realistically earn between $100,000 and $125,000 annually.

Your Role

As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you'll work directly with homeowners to understand their comfort concerns and recommend heating and cooling solutions that meet their needs and budget.

You'll:

• Meet with homeowners to discuss HVAC and home comfort needs

• Evaluate existing equipment and identify appropriate solutions

• Recommend heating, cooling, and comfort system options

• Clearly explain equipment choices, benefits, and pricing

• Prepare proposals and guide customers through purchasing decisions

• Build trust through education and professional recommendations

• Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process

• Coordinate with installation and office teams after the sale

• Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships

• Represent Vailes Brothers professionally throughout the community

What We're Looking For

• HVAC, home services, construction, or related sales experience strongly preferred

• Understanding of residential HVAC systems and construction

• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Confidence presenting solutions and guiding customer decisions

• Customer-focused approach without relying on high-pressure tactics

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-based compensation environment
