Complete Comfort is hiring an HVAC Comfort Advisor to meet with homeowners in Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee. You will assess existing systems, present replacement options, and guide customers from consultation to close.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HVAC or in-home sales, with strong presentation and negotiation skills. The role includes base salary plus commission, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits, with growth opportunities in a family-owned HVAC company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC sales or in-home consultative sales experience.

Complete Comfort is seeking an experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor to help homeowners throughout Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee make informed decisions about their heating and cooling systems.

You’ll meet with homeowners in their homes, assess their comfort needs, present replacement and upgrade options, and guide them through the process of selecting the right solution for their home and budget.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who is comfortable working independently, building trust quickly, and managing the entire customer relationship from consultation through close.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of HVAC sales, in-home sales, or consultative sales experience
