Vailes Home Improvement Services is hiring a Residential HVAC Installation Technician to install heating and cooling systems in residential homes in Fishersville, VA. You will install furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, and related components, following manufacturer specifications and company standards.

What You'll Do

As a Residential HVAC Installation Technician, you'll install heating and cooling systems in residential homes while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. You'll install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, indoor and outdoor equipment, ductwork, ventilation systems, refrigerant lines, and other residential comfort components while maintaining exceptional workmanship on every installation.

You'll manage installation projects from start to finish by preparing jobsites, fabricating and installing ductwork as needed, wiring and connecting equipment, testing system performance, and verifying proper operation before completing each project. You'll maintain clean and organized work areas, communicate professionally with homeowners, and work closely with fellow installers and office staff to ensure every customer receives an outstanding installation experience.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated HVAC professionals who have experience installing residential heating and cooling systems or possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to continue developing their installation skills. Candidates should have a working knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant piping, system components, and installation procedures.

EPA Certification, at a minimum of EPA Type II, is required. Successful candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to delivering quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude are essential. We value individuals who are eager to continue learning, stay current with industry standards, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
