Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to plan, grow, and manage a dealer network within the assigned HVAC territory. You will drive sales through proactive communication about product launches, services, pricing programs, and discounts, while maintaining revenue and gross margin targets.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC sales, excellent communication and CRM proficiency, and the ability to work autonomously while building strategic dealer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferably within the HVAC industry.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC products, services, customers and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and internal systems like CRM, expense reporting.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong relationship building and customer service skills with the ability to generate new business through negotiating and carrying out a sales plan.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a base of approximately 50 dealers.
• Target and sign-up dealers within assigned territory.
• Build sales through communication about launches, services, prices, programs and discounts.
• Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin.
• Maintain an accurate call history within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales within branches in territory.
• Develop remedial action plans to meet sales targets weekly.
• Be the channel expert on product features, benefits, and design guidelines.
