Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners seeks a Maintenance Technician II to handle work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and support day-to-day upkeep across a community. HVAC certification and reliable, hands-on skills are required.

You will diagnose repairs, restore vacants to make-ready status, assist with pool upkeep, and follow safety guidelines while contributing to a welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA/HVAC certification and valid driver's license required.
• CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed to Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance as per company policy.
