Job summary

Harthall Hotel is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold luxury standards across the property. You will perform general repairs, HVAC maintenance, preventive tasks, and assist with housekeeping as needed.

Ideal candidates have HVAC certification, knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and PTAC units, and strong English communication. On-call and weekend availability are required to support a five-star guest experience.

Qualifications

• Brand or luxury hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, drywall, PTAC and electrical systems knowledge.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain building exterior and respond to work orders and service calls for guest rooms.
• Assist with housekeeping duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, troubleshooting issues to determine necessary repairs, performing routine maintenance and preventative maintenance programs, and assisting with housekeeping duties as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining the building exterior and responding to work orders and service calls to guest rooms in a timely manner

• Prior maintenance experience in a brand or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right hospitality professional looking to grow their career. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
• Familiar with basic HVAC, plumbing, drywall PTAC units and electrical systems
• HVAC certification required
• Knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems is also a plus
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Must be able to lift and move objects 50 lbs up to 100 lbs
• Schedule flexibility including weekends, and holidays
• Work independently
• Strong work ethic

Hourly compensation ranges between $32.00-$34.00 based on experience
