Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician III in McDonough, GA. You will handle complex maintenance tasks, mentor junior techs, and drive preventative maintenance across our apartment communities.

Qualified candidates have HVAC certification, at least 3 years in maintenance, and licenses in EPA/HVAC and CPO. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation and opportunities for career growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in apartment maintenance or skilled trades (HVAC, plumbing or electrical).
• EPA/HVAC certification, CPO certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure all service requests meet Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventive maintenance according to company policy.
• Maintain building and grounds; lead and mentor maintenance staff.
• Promote safety and follow OSHA guidelines; participate in on-call rotations.
