Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring an HVAC Building Controls Application Engineer in Manchester, NH. You will design, configure, and commission building control systems with emphasis on HVAC controls, ensuring schedules, submittals, and drawings meet contract requirements.

You will develop software, validate system functionality, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality. Travel up to 75% may be required; a technical degree and experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree required, plus 3 years of related technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and operate complete building control systems with focus on HVAC controls.
• Create flow diagrams, sequences of operations, BOMs, network layouts and electrical schematics.
• Develop and test software for system operation per project requirements.
• Coordinate drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.
• Assist in loading, commissioning, and troubleshooting of system controllers and networks.
