Carrier Enterprise, a leading HVAC distributor, is seeking a Branch Sales Associate in Alexandria, VA. You will be the face of the branch, delivering exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and support to HVAC/R professionals and contractors.

You will greet customers, process orders, and help locate the right products. Travel for training may be required. This role offers performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a retail or B2B environment.
• Leadership experience with P&L responsibility preferred.
• Ability to drive sales growth in a retail setting.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships and using data to inform decisions.
