Carrier Enterprise is hiring a Branch Counter Sales Associate in Chesapeake, VA to greet customers, advise on HVAC/R products, and process orders. You will support contractors and technicians, ensure correct pricing, and help with stock management to keep the branch efficient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in B2B distribution or wholesale sales preferred but not required.
• Excellent relationship-building skills; must be a team builder and team player with a focus on sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process customer orders accurately, handling cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Maintain product knowledge on HVAC/R inventory, specs, compatibility, and pricing.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the store manager.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical questions related to HVAC/R equipment.
