Carrier Enterprise, Houston branch, is seeking a Branch Counter Sales Associate to serve HVAC/R professionals and contractors with product knowledge and exceptional customer service. You will help customers choose items, process orders, and manage inventory while traveling for training when needed.

The role offers performance-based bonuses and incentives, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced HVAC distribution environment at a national level.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Customer Service.
• Prior leadership roles with profit and loss responsibility preferred.
• Experience in leading people in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly grow sales in a retail environment.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
• Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data to make informed decisions and business planning.
