Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Branch Counter Sales Associate to support HVAC product sales, assist customers, and provide knowledgeable guidance on equipment and parts. You will process orders, manage transactions, and help maintain inventory while delivering excellent service at the branch counter.

This role offers performance-based bonuses and opportunities to grow within a national HVAC distribution network, with travel for training and cross-location collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and driving sales in a retail setting.
• Proven ability to build relationships and lead teams in a distribution environment.
• Comfort with analyzing market data to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find HVAC products and supplies.
• Process orders, handle payments, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and price accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct counts, and report variances.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot HVAC equipment with customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe counter area and follow safety protocols.
• Complete paperwork for transactions, returns, and warranty claims.
• Travel to other locations for training, meetings, or related activities with notice.
