Carrier Enterprise, a national HVAC products distributor, seeks a Branch Sales Associate to be the face of the branch, delivering exceptional customer service, product expertise, and support to HVAC professionals. You will help customers choose the right products, process orders, and contribute to sales growth.

This role may involve occasional travel for training and meetings, with performance-based bonuses and incentives available based on results.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and retail leadership with sales growth.
• Ability to build relationships with HVAC contractors and dealers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, advise on HVAC products, and drive sales.
• Process orders, manage payments, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Maintain product knowledge and stock on the sales floor.
• Assist with troubleshooting and technical questions from customers.
• Support safety and housekeeping standards in the branch.
• Complete paperwork for transactions, returns, and warranties.
