Carrier Enterprise, a nationwide HVAC distributor, is seeking a Branch Counter Sales Associate in Chesapeake, VA. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and support HVAC contractors with sales and service. This role offers bonuses tied to performance and opportunities to advance within a growing national company.

You will manage orders, process payments, and help maintain inventory while providing top-tier customer support in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service.
• Leadership roles with profit and loss responsibility preferred.
• Experience in leading people in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly grow sales in a retail environment.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
• Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data to make informed decisions and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in finding the right HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process orders accurately and handle transactions.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current with trends.
• Monitor stock and assist with inventory counts.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep a clean counter area.
• Complete paperwork for invoices, returns, and warranties.
• Be prepared to travel for training or meetings when needed.
