Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED; associate's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing in a B2B distribution or wholesale sales environment.
• Excellent relationship-building skills; team builder and team player with a sales focus.
• Experience working with HVAC contractors preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assist with HVAC/R product selection.
• Process orders and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge, pricing, and inventory details.
• Monitor stock and support stock replenishment.
• Provide technical support for HVAC/R equipment and components.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep counter area organized.
• Complete paperwork for transactions, invoices, returns, and warranties.
• Occasional travel to training sessions or meetings as needed.
