Carrier Enterprise is a leading HVAC/R distributor with a broad footprint across 28 states. The Branch Sales Associate role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and support to HVAC/R professionals and contractors at the Hanover, MD location.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Leadership roles with profit and loss preferred.
• Experience leading people in a retail environment.
• Ability to rapidly grow sales in a retail environment.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
• Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data to make informed decisions and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and help them find the right HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process customer orders, handle payments accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge, specifications, and pricing.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting HVAC/R equipment issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep a clean counter area.
• Complete paperwork and documentation for transactions.
