Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process customer orders accurately; handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Maintain deep product knowledge, stay updated with industry trends and new releases.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor; conduct inventory counts.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to HVAC/R equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean counter area; ensure a safe working environment.
