Carrier Enterprise in Houston, TX is seeking a Branch Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and product expertise to HVAC professionals and contractors.

You will handle orders, provide technical guidance, and support store operations while representing a leading national distributor with a strong sales culture and incentive bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Leadership roles with profit and loss responsibility are preferred.
• Experience in leading people in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly grow sales in a retail environment.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
• Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data to make informed decisions and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process customer orders, ensure items are available, priced correctly and invoiced.
• Maintain deep product knowledge, specs, compatibility and pricing.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels; conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical issues related to HVAC/R equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep a clean, organized counter area.
• Complete paperwork for transactions, including invoices, returns and warranty claims.
• Travel to various locations for training or meetings as needed.
