Carrier Enterprise, a leading HVAC/R distributor with 200+ locations, seeks a Branch Counter Sales Associate in Houston, TX. You will greet customers, provide product guidance, process orders, and support contractors with parts and supplies.

You will develop product knowledge, assist with inventory, and uphold safety and efficient service. This role offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Customer Service.
• Leadership roles with profit and loss responsibility preferred.
• Experience leading people in a retail environment.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
• Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data to make informed decisions and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process orders and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment.
• Ensure safety and maintain a clean counter area.
• Complete paperwork for invoices, returns, and warranties.
• Occasional travel for training, development, or meetings.
