The role offers monthly bonuses based on performance and opportunities to grow within a nationwide distributor with 200+ locations.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC/R products, parts and supplies.
• Able to multitask, handle inquiries and upsell when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide product information and recommendations.
• Process orders, ensure items are in stock and correctly priced.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular counts.
• Assist with warehouse tasks and safety compliance.
• Support sales initiatives and promote offers.
