The role emphasizes a team-based, safety-conscious environment with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and travel for training or meetings as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree in business/marketing preferred.
• Experience managing in a B2B distribution/wholesale environment is a plus.
• Proven relationship-building and sales-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process orders accurately; handle cash, checks, and card payments.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, pricing, and product specifications.
• Monitor stock on the sales floor and report discrepancies.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical questions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean counter area.
• Complete paperwork for invoices, returns, and warranty claims.
