Carrier Enterprise, Houston, TX is seeking a Branch Counter Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service for HVAC products and parts. You will provide product guidance, process orders, and support contractors and dealers visiting the store.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to sales growth. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with travel to other locations occasionally required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Experience in leading people in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to grow sales in a retail setting and build relationships.
• Experience using data to inform business decisions and planning.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process orders accurately and handle payments.
• Maintain product knowledge and pricing information.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
• Assist customers with technical questions and issues.
• Ensure counter area safety and cleanliness.
• Complete documentation for transactions including invoices and returns.
• Travel to other locations for training or meetings as needed.
