Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Branch Counter Sales Associate for our Humble, TX location. You will greet HVAC/R professionals, provide product recommendations, process orders, and support stock and pricing. Travel for training may be required.

You will build relationships with contractors, deliver strong customer service, and contribute to sales growth while adhering to safety and quality standards. Eligible for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience managing in a B2B wholesale environment is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and sales-focused mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process orders accurately; handle cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Maintain product knowledge, inventory, pricing, and safety compliance on the counter.
• Support stock management with regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Provide technical troubleshooting assistance for HVAC/R equipment.
• Complete documentation for invoices, returns, and warranties.
