• Experience in a customer-facing role, HVAC/R preferred.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC/R products and components.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate and learn sales/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product information and recommendations.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, pricing, and specifications.
• Replenish floor stock and conduct cycle counts.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting HVAC/R equipment issues.
• Promote sales initiatives and upsell when appropriate.
• Support warehouse operations, receiving, inspecting and stocking goods.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean counter/warehouse area.
