Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience or knowledge of HVAC products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product information and recommendations.
• Process orders accurately and ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC products, specs, and pricing.
• Support inventory control and floor stock management.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting HVAC equipment.
• Uphold safety standards and keep the counter and warehouse organized.
