Carrier Enterprise, a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, seeks a dynamic Branch Sales Associate in Knoxville, TN. You will greet customers, offer product knowledge, and help pros find the right HVAC/R solutions.

This role includes order processing, stock management, basic technical support, and ensuring safety and accuracy in transactions. Performance-based bonuses accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience managing in B2B distribution or wholesale sales preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right HVAC/R products.
• Process orders and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge, specifications, pricing.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting.
• Ensure safety and keep a clean, organized counter area.
• Complete paperwork for invoices, returns and warranty claims.
