Job summary

Carrier Enterprise, a leading HVAC/R distributor, is seeking a dynamic Branch Sales Associate in Memphis, Tennessee. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, process orders, and support HVAC/R professionals who visit the branch.

This role includes travel for training and meetings, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities to grow within the company. A High School Diploma or GED is required; experience in retail or B2B sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Customer Service.
• Prior leadership roles with profit and loss responsibility preferred.
• Experience in leading people in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly grow sales in a retail environment.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process customer orders, ensure items are available and invoiced correctly.
• Maintain product knowledge, pricing, and specifications.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting HVAC/R equipment issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep the counter area organized.
• Complete paperwork for transactions, including invoices and returns.
• Be prepared to travel for training sessions and meetings with advance notice.
