Job summary

Carrier Enterprise in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Full-Time Branch Sales Associate to be the face of the branch for HVAC/R professionals and contractors. You will provide product knowledge, exceptional service, and support to ensure customers find the right products.

This role offers monthly performance-based bonuses and incentives, with a focus on customer satisfaction, accurate orders, and inventory awareness.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
HVAC/R product knowledge is a plus.
Proficient with computerized sales and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide expert advice, product information, and recommendations.
Process customer orders accurately and ensure correct invoicing.
Maintain deep knowledge of HVAC/R inventory, specs, pricing.
Monitor stock, conduct counts, report discrepancies to Branch Manager.
Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues.
Promote sales initiatives and upsell when appropriate.
Provide warehouse support: receiving, inspecting, stocking merchandise.
Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and replenishment.
Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks per policy.
Keep counter and warehouse area clean and organized.
