You will support warehouse operations, manage inventory, and assist contractors and dealers with product selection and troubleshooting. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably HVAC/R.
• Knowledge of HVAC/R products, equipment, and components.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computerized sales and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide expert advice on HVAC/R products.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure proper pricing.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, pricing, and specifications.
