Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or associate degree plus related experience in HVAC management.
• Experience with P&L and budgeting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise four to ten employees and oversee safety and productivity.
• Coordinate maintenance, servicing and installation of commercial HVAC equipment.
• Review reports and manage inventory, material needs, and job scheduling.
• Ensure on-time arrivals, customer satisfaction and cost control.
