Job summary

Johnson Controls in Fargo, ND is seeking an experienced HVAC Branch Service Manager to own day-to-day service operations, manage the dispatch team, and drive customer satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

You will coach branch staff, forecast and analyze service processes, supervise account management and invoicing, and uphold safety and BSNA objectives, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' service operations and/or dispatch experience.
• HVAC industry experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with tact.
• Understanding of project accounting or costing principles.
• Ability to represent Johnson Controls professionally and influence teams.
• Experience with service management software and accounting systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HVAC industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HVAC service business processes and branch management.
• Forecast, analyze, and drive service business objectives with teams.
• Supervise service business support, invoicing, file maintenance, and order posting.
• Coach staff on standard methodologies and service applications.
• Ensure delivery standards align with BSNA objectives for profitable growth.
• Handle additional duties related to customer happiness and strategic execution.
