Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an experienced Branch Delivery Manager to lead the Controls and Mechanical Installation teams. You will forecast revenue, manage resources and ensure safe, ethical project execution across multiple sites in the Raleigh area.

You will recruit and coach project teams, drive continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with customers and subcontractors while maintaining schedule discipline and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible operations management experience in Building Construction, including 5+ years of direct project management experience.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel based upon geographical locations of assigned teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch delivery teams including Controls and Mechanical Installation.
• Forecast revenue, manage billings, collections and resources.
• Ensure safety, legal compliance and ethical standards across projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, customers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Schedule installation projects and manage backlog and ship dates.
