This role requires technical knowledge of HVAC systems and experience in P&L management. Lennox offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift moderate weights (up to 50 pounds).
• Must achieve NATE certification in the first full year.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees maintaining and servicing commercial HVAC equipment.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and coordinate daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and reporting.
