Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Branch Sales Manager in Naples, FL to lead the branch team, own the P&L, grow sales, and drive operational excellence across receiving, shipping, sourcing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities include developing local sales strategies, hiring and developing staff, and leveraging CE’s technology to expand the customer base and improve performance. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience managing in a B2B distribution or wholesale sales environment.
• Strong relationship-building and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to grow sales in a retail environment.
• Experience leading teams with P&L responsibility preferred.
• HVAC contractor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team and own the branch P&L.
• Develop and execute local sales plans to hit targets.
• Improve operational efficiency and manage day-to-day branch operations.
• Travel as needed for training, meetings, and development.
