Job summary

Carrier Enterprise, a leading HVAC/R distributor, is seeking a Branch Sales Manager in West Palm Beach. You will lead the branch team, own the P&L, and partner with leadership to grow sales, hire and develop staff, and optimize operations, including receiving, shipping, sourcing, and inventory management.

You will drive sales growth with dealers and contractors, expand customer bases, and implement effective strategies using CE’s technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and leading teams in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and use data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a local sales plan to achieve branch goals.
• Lead and develop the branch team, manage day-to-day operations and P&L.
• Grow the customer base and explore new sales channels while ensuring operational excellence.
• Utilize CE’s technology to drive sales and efficiency.
